My experience from publics and matches is he has some flair skill, but limited reliability and gamesense. Will mehbeh duel.

I think that he is at our lvl, but lil lack of gamesense, like angelic said.

I had a ten min duel with him earliar on wdm17. Scores around about 45-55 to him. Don't have pic unfortunately.

I'm still undecided, I think I'd have to see someone like MTV duel him to get a proper idea of his capabilities, but I'd say he's better than me in pure shots, but is slightly slow reacting tactically. I dunno how I'd vote at this point, may duel again later.
